IIT Guwahati M.sc in Physics - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2025

The fee for M.sc in Engineering Physics at IIT Guwahati is 6000 INR. M.sc in Engineering Physics admission 2024 at IIT Guwahati will be based on IIT JAM.

To pursue an M.Sc. (Master of Science) degree at IIT Guwahati, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study with a minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent CGPA (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Additionally, they must have a valid GATE score in the respective discipline. Candidates who do not possess a GATE score but have a valid fellowship from CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/INSPIRE/ or other national agencies are also eligible to apply.
