Overview of IIT BHU Varanasi

Overall: The IIT BHU Varanasi is about more than 100 years old. This gives a huge alumini network for college. The college provides great placement opportunities for students and a good college and hostel Life which enhances the oerall experience of students.

Placement: The placements of this year were very great.Over 90% of the students were placed and other went for higher studies and preparation for govt jobs. The higest package was 1.64 Cr. and the avg package was around 20 lpa. Placement season is ongoing for this session and overall good till now. Many big MNCs have visited for placements and internship and many more companies to come.

Infrastructure: Campus of IIT BHU Varanasi is nice. Library, labs, classrooms, departments are very well made and many other important constructions are going on. The campus is green and environmental friendly. Overall it is good.

Faculty: The faculties of IIT BHU are highly qualified. In my department, almost all the faculties are PhD holder from prestigious places and very skillful. The behaviour of the faculties are also very good and very helpful in every case.

Hostel: The hostels of IIT BHU are good, some new hostels have also been made in recent times with enhanced capacity, although some old hostels are not in good conditions but overall they are good and provide great hostel Life experience.
