Overall: I recently took admission in Guwahati College, Bamunimaidam, and I’m sharing my honest overall experience so far. The admission process was quite simple and smooth which made everything easy to manage. The college campus is clean and maintained properly. Though the buildings are a bit old-style, the classrooms are big enough and labs for science subjects are well-equipped. The library has a decent collection of books, and students can sit and study there peacefully. Teachers here are good and supportive. They teach clearly, and some of them use projectors or presentations which help in better understanding. If you ask questions, they try their best to clear your doubts. The students in the college come from different backgrounds, and the environment is friendly. Everyone is cooperative and helps each other. The college also holds some cultural and departmental events which give students a chance to participate and showcase their talents. There is no hostel inside the campus, but many PGs and rooms are available nearby for students. The college location is also well-connected by road and rail, so travelling is not a problem. Overall, Guwahati College is a good option for students who want a peaceful place to study with decent facilities and helpful teachers. I’m satisfied with my choice and looking forward to the coming years here.

Infrastructure: The college has clean classrooms, basic labs, a decent library, and good location. Simple infrastructure but enough for regular academics. All the seatint benches and desks are cool and good . Perfectly comfortable for students.

They motivate students to do their best and never hesitate to provide extra help when needed. Doubts are cleared patiently, and classroom teaching is always well-structured and easy to follow. Hostel: Even though Guwahati College does not have an in-campus hostel, the availability of nearby PGs and rented accommodations makes it very convenient for students. The area around the college, especially Bamunimaidam and adjoining locations, is filled with safe, student-friendly housing options. Both boys and girls can easily find comfortable PGs and private rooms within walking distance. The accommodations are well-maintained, clean, and provide all the necessary facilities like Wi-Fi, food, laundry, and study-friendly environments. Many PGs offer homely food, regular cleaning, and peaceful surroundings which help students stay focused on their studies. Seniors and locals are also very helpful in guiding new students to find suitable places as per budget and preference. The best part is that these PGs are located in a safe locality with proper lighting, transportation, and basic services available nearby. Thanks to the college’s excellent location, students don’t feel any difficulty staying off-campus

Overall: The college is very good and it's faculties are also too good, the college has a lots of thing to do in off time the college library is also a point of attraction and the college playground is in very good condition not like other colleges

Placement: The cutoff marks of this college is too high everyone who have completed their degree from this college are in well known field and their salary is also pretty good

Infrastructure: The college have very good infrastructure but some of the buildings need some renovation but overall all the other remaining are very good and the gym is also very well maintained and the canteen is also well hygiene.

Faculty: The faculty are very helpful they are very friendly and they support everyone to do their work and the most importantly there are very talanted regarding their field.

Hostel: The boys hostel are very good and their facilities are also very good like water system and the toilets are not like other colleges it well maintained and well hygiene the hostel is cleaned very Sunday
