Placement: Let’s be real — B.A. at BHU doesn’t offer strong placements. You won’t find big companies on campus hiring arts grads. Most students either go for PG, UPSC, or start preparing for other government jobs.

Infrastructure: The university campus spreads across 1,300 acres — full of greenery, temples, libraries, and playgrounds. Central Library (Sayaji Rao Gaekwad Library) is one of the largest in Asia. Some classrooms are modern, but older departments still need renovation. Facilities include Wi-Fi, computer labs, seminar halls, and research centers.

Faculty: If you're into History, Sociology, Philosophy, or Political Science — BHU gives you depth. Lectures are theory-rich and perfect for UPSC/NET prep. Professors are highly qualified but won’t spoon-feed — you need self-discipline. Group discussions, debates, and projects depend more on you than the system.

Hostel: Hostels are clean, basic, and super affordable Mess food is okay — but chai and local snacks save the day Hostel life = independence, friendships, and campus gossip

Overall: The college faculty is truly good and the professors here are supportive. You may not like the campus crowd but all one need is an opportunity to grow.If you want to learn you can grow with the societies and faculty provided here. No one will feed you. You need to grab the opportunities on your own.Overall its a good experience here as you are provided with all the opportunities one needs to grow.

Placement: There are few placement opportunities provided by the college as there is a separate society regarding the same but nothing is much known and the package isnot great. There are few opportunities provided.The society isnot that active regarding the same.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good of Bharati College but it cannot be considered as great. The campus is quite small as compared to other colleges of DU. But its atleast better than some of the off campus colleges.

Faculty: There are few professors who are rally very good and you must be inspired by the way they teach. While others are just okay. In the end it depends upon one’s personal likes and dislikes. But most of the faculty here is very good and they teaches properly like those school teachers who wants a student to learn everything and give their best.

Hostel: The hostel fee is approximately 90lacs per annum.And the facilities are comparatively not that great . The rooms are spacious and triple sharing. You need to clean the room on your own. There aren’t any washing machines and clothes we need to wash from our hands.Mess food is comparatively better.
