Additional Details Regarding Personal Details

The following points must be considered while filling out the personal details in the GATE 2026 application form:

  • Applicant’s name in the application form must be the same as that in the valid photo ID.

  • The GATE 2026 scorecard will be issued as per the name entered in the application form.

  • Prefixes/titles such as Mr/Shri/Dr/Mrs/Smt/Prof/Capt/Maj/Lt/Col/Er/Ar etc. MUST NOT be used.

Steps to Check GATE 2026 Application Form Status

After you complete GATE application form within the deadline, it will enable you to check the status of the application online. You will be asked to sign in to the GATE GOAPS portal to see the status. When the application status appears as Under Scrutiny/Under Process, the meaning is that the process of verification is still ongoing. The examination conducting authority verifies all the GATE application forms. If your application requires rectification in the photograph, signature, or required documents, you will receive an automated Email/SMS. You will have the option to upload the corrected document again during the GATE 2026 application form correction process.

Dear Student,

It is not mandatory to pay the tuition fee for the college allotted in Phase 1 to be eligible for Phase 2 of TS PGECET 2025 counselling. If you wish to upgrade your seat you can participate in Phase 2 web options even if you do not pay the fees or report to the college allotted in the first phase. However, if you have already paid the fee for the Phase 1 college and then get a new seat in the second phase of counselling, the fees paid earlier be transferred to the new college. If fee reimbursement is an important criterion for admission, then participating in TS PGECET Phase-II counselling based on your rank of 19 is a feasible and appropriate course of action. To participate in the second phase of TS PGECET 2025 counselling, please ensure you have all your original certificates and documents ready for verification.
