List of Documents Required for Assam CEE 2025 Counselling: The candidates need to get their documents verified for the Assam CEE counselling process 2025. Candidates will need documents like a permanent residence certificate, caste & category certificate, Assam CEE admit card, class 10 & 12 marksheets, class 12 admit card, academic gap certificate, etc, during the counselling process. Assam CEE 2025 Counselling Procedure

The eligibility criteria to take part in the counselling process of Assam CEE 2025 are to successfully clear the entrance exam conducted by Assam Science and Technology University. Candidates eligible for the counselling process can check the step-by-step procedure of counselling mentioned here.

Step 1: Registration Process

  • Candidates must register themselves first at the designated counselling centre allotted by the DTE
  • Next, students must download the counselling form from the official website and print it
  • Fill in the details like roll number, the name of the candidate, name of the examination, date of birth, marks obtained in Assam CEE 2025, educational qualification, documents to be submitted, nationality, etc
  • In Form B, candidates must also fill in three courses as per their preference, in the order assigned by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam
  • Submit the form to the concerned authority

Step 2: Verification of Documents

  • Along with the registration form, candidates must submit the documents required for verification purposes
  • After the registration process is over, candidates will be called for document verification individually
  • Candidates must keep all the original documents, photocopies of which have been submitted along with Form B

Step 3: Payment of Fees

  • Candidates will be required to pay the non-refundable fee of Rs 600 at the counselling centre

Step 4: Choice Filling & Seat Allotment

  • Candidates will have to fill in their preferred course and college as mentioned in Form B
  • Candidates must note that the seats will be allotted only on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance exam, seat availability at the preferred institute, and individual preferences filled by the candidates
  • The confirmation of the seat allotment will be given only after the completion of the seat allocation process

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College

  • Candidates must report to the allotted college at least 30 minutes in advance for the final admission process
  • Every applicant must carry the above-mentioned documents along with four recent coloured passport-size photographs
  • All the Candidates have to complete the admission procedure within the specified date and time as prescribed by DTE
