6) Fill out your details like your full name, parents’ names, date of birth, caste category, mobile number, email ID, and other necessary information.

7) After filling out all the required details, you can preview the form and go through all the information once again before you finally hit the submit button.

8) After you hit submit, you will be asked to upload important documents such as a scanned copy of your photo and signature. You could also keep a scanned thumbprint handy while filling out the form.

9) Once you have entered all the required details, you must hit the “Preview” button and cross-check all the information. No edits to the form will be allowed once you hit the submit button.

10) After making all the necessary changes, hit submit, and a confirmation mail will be sent to your registered email ID. Along with this, you will also receive your password and registration number.

11) Pay the application fee to confirm your registration for the Jharkhand DPharma entrance examination 2025.

12) Save the form and the application fee receipt for future reference.
